The County of Sonoma Energy and Sustainability team is pleased to announce the latest homeowner webinars in an on-going series for those interested in learning more about the benefits of making improvements that will help make your home more energy efficient and resilient. The online workshops cover a range of topics including Home Electrification, Wildfire Safety Improvements, Funding your projects, solar photovoltaics and battery storage, and Home Energy Management for electric homes. Attendees will also learn the latest updates on the current and upcoming rebates along with information about the County’s property-based financing program and other resources such as no-cost consultations. staff along with our special guest presenter, Mimi Enright, UC Master Gardener for an online workshop to learn about defensible space considerations, structural hardening and making a project plan to make improvements that will help keep your home safe from the dangers of wildfires. Presentations will cover information about financing and resources available to get your project started.
