Long-Term Mental Health Strategy

Healthcare Foundation's long-term strategy is to increase the number of mental health professionals that can work with bilingual clients. Also, we often think of depression and mental illness only through the lens of affecting adults, but increasingly children face these same struggles. Early detection and prevention can assist children in learning betting coping and engagement strategies to work through problems.

Early Childhood Development

Healthy nutrition, living in a safe home with appropriate parental involvement and then accessing an enriching and stimulating childcare environment form the foundation of stability needed for children to be physically, emotionally, intellectually healthy.
